My Vipassana Meditation Experience, shared by Brittany Taylor

Ever wonder what it would be like to experience 100 hours of silence? “Noble Silence” as those who practice Vipasanna call it. How challenging and intense would it really be? How rewarding and fulfilling?

Fortunately for us, Brittany Taylor has shared her experience attending one of the most intense centers on the globe, Dhamma Ābhā,  in Phitsanulok, Thailand. Brittany Taylor is a global nomad living out of a backpack and her RV “Winnie”. She travels the world while coaching, operating multiple YouTube channels, and a hosting some epic events! She is a self described “seeker” and works to find abundance in life with minimal attachments. Brittany describes her struggles leaving attachments for a nomadic lifestyle, her trials when the few items she has in her backpack were lost, how she finances a free lifestyle, as well as her connections with other nomads in her travels.
