We live in a world that absolutely stresses most of us out (okay pretty much all of us). We feel the weight of the world on our shoulders more often than not sadly. And that feeling only leaves us to feel anxious and unable to relax and enjoy life. Most of this stress we find is out of our control but still we dwell on it in hopes that we are able to figure something out to change it or remove it all together. So how do we cut stress from our life?

Another thing to keep in mind is that stress can impact us mentally and even physically. As I said before while we will never be able to remove all stress from our lives (that would leave us bored), we can greatly reduce it and enjoy life. We owe it to ourselves as well as mental and physical well-being.
